Custom Home- Los Altos Hills
For this residence in Los Altos Hills, RJCC managed the completion of architectural drawings, coordinated the permitting, managed the demolition of an existing house, constructed the main house and pool house, managed the landscape design and implementation, and pool area renovation.
This 9,000 square foot home includes two kitchens, a lower level family room/game room, wine cellar, dumbwaiter, and Lutron Homeworks control electrical system throughout.
This project also involved the preservation of many trees on the property, including a Heritage Oak.
