The original home built in 1927 needed updating. The overall look lacked character and the floor plan was limited. RJCC designed and built a new European style family home in its place. This remodeled home has 3 large bedrooms, including a Master suite, a separate office, large kitchen family area, full game room and wine room and an outdoor entertaining area. The new residence is 3,500 square feet plus almost 800 sq. feet of living and storage space in the basement. Basements have been increasing in popularity and are a great way to maximize living space without exceeding lot usage requirements.
