"In 2009, St. Charles School began an extensive project to replace more than 500 aging windows, upgrading them from the originals installed in 1950. Our contractor, RJ Campi Construction has made the process flawless. From the beginning, Rick Campi walked me through the selection and installation processes, ensuring I was comfortable with the overall plan and timing of events. The project has been planned thoroughly to save on costs and ensure campus safety.
RJ Campi Construction works during times when our campus is vacated--after school, weekends, and during holiday breaks. Their work is efficient and accommodating. We have experienced no disruption to our schedules, classrooms, or offices. Rick Campi provided professional consultation as to window selection--extremely helpful, given the myriad of options available. We have purchased Marvin Windows, double paned and very easy to operate. Even the sash colors match our new exterior paint perfectly!

"R. J. Campi was recommended to us by Don Mancini at Pioneer Millwork in San Carlos. We were considering replacement of our single pane aluminum windows and sliding glass doors. We also wanted to update/or replace aging, warped shutters on all the windows. We quickly learned that this was a combination of new windows and doors AND re-construction of frames, shutters and re-painting inside and out. This project was completed with precision, expediency and quality. R. J. Campi scheduled the job at our convenience, pre-ordered all of the materials and when the job began he and his team were on site everyday until the project was complete.
Their workmanship is impeccable with emphasis on quality, fit and finish. The job site is left tidy everyday, clean and clear of debris. We have enjoyed the cooler summer interior and warmer winter days for several years. R. J. Campi works with a dedicated team of men who follow direction, question when necessary and are very conscientious. Sub-contractors consistently display the same workmanship perimeters established by Rick Campi and he checks every detail of work in progress.
R. J. Campi has recently gutted and rebuilt our upstairs bath, which was original to the house. They made alternate use of a small space to allow for a larger, deeper tub and compensated with creative use of glass and tile to create a beautiful, contemporary bathroom. Again this job was completed with precision, efficiency and attention to detail in a methodical approach with the same outstanding group of guys who work with Rick Campi.

"We were very pleased with our choice of Rick Campi and his crew for our remodel. The entire job, including the subcontractors, were perfectly coordinated so there was never any downtime. During the entire period of the job there was not a single day when his crew was not pushing the project forward. I see remodels and hear stories where the job stops for days or weeks at a time while the contractor focuses his attention on another job. That is not the case with Rick.

My husband and I were apprehensive to start a remodel project, because of all the negative stories we'd heard of others' experiences. All our fears were unfounded, though, when we hired Rick Campi. During our meeting before construction began, Rick showed us a time line of our project, outlining specifically what would happen each week. Although we encountered several unforeseen problems (foundation issue, sloped floor) which created additional work, Rick still finished the project on time. Rick and his team were professional, dedicated, craftspeople who took great pride in their work. Many times, I felt Rick was working on his own home because his attention to detail was so high. As a bonus, he has excellent taste, and was able to help me with aesthetic decisions. Rick is an incredible problem solver. His face would light up at the prospect of figuring out the impossible.
